SMOKETOWN ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT (PENNDOT PROJECT #116478):  Per the 6/3/2026 update from PennDOT, the project design is nearing completion and approval is anticipated soon.  The project schedule may need to be adjusted slightly due to the permit approval process; however, actual construction is still anticipated to take place in 2027, and the bridge is expected to be open to traffic in Fall 2027.
